Today June 20 2014 Anderson the Spider Silva has been cleared for sparring in what has been a painful,but fairly quick road to recovery. After gruesomely breaking his left leg in a rematch bout against Chris Weidman for the Middleweight Title in UFC 168 in December 2013,the former middleweight champion has been training  hard to get back to doing what he loves,fighting in the octagon. Although UFC President Dana White would like to see Anderson Silva return in 2014,Anderson Silva has already said that he will not be returning until early 2015. Not only will he be returning early 2015,but Silva has been pushing for a fight with Nick Diaz,hoping to bring Diaz out of retirement.
